Riverside Farm LLC
Terms of Service
Rules for using our website, patient portal, pharmacy ordering tools, and related services.
Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between you and Riverside Farm LLC ("Riverside Farm," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your access to riversidefarm.co and related Services, including the public website, age gate, pharmacy locator, patient portal, pharmacy wholesale ordering, pharmacy consignment and promotions tools, facility visitor check-in, and authorized staff operations apps where you are authorized to use them. By using the Site or registering for an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you use the Services on behalf of a licensed pharmacy or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization and that your use complies with your organization’s policies and Utah law.
Services and general website use
Our Services include:
- Public website content about Riverside Farm and Utah medical cannabis products distributed through licensed pharmacies.
- An age gate requiring visitors to confirm they meet the minimum age to view the Site.
- A pharmacy locator that may use map tiles and, with your permission, device location to show nearby pharmacies.
- The patient portal for verified Utah medical cannabis patients.
- Pharmacy wholesale ordering, consignment, and promotions tools for licensed partners.
- Facility visitor check-in for on-site visitors.
- Staff operations apps (Ops, Facility, and related tools) for authorized Riverside employees only.
You may browse public Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes unless a separate written agreement applies. Automated scraping, security testing without permission, or use that burdens our infrastructure is prohibited.
Providing false information on the age gate (including representing that you meet the minimum age when you do not) is prohibited. We may block access if we believe verification was obtained improperly.
Map and locator features may ask for location permission in your browser. You may decline; declining may limit “near me” results but does not prevent browsing other Site content. Location accuracy depends on your device and third-party map providers.
Patient portal eligibility
You may use the patient portal only if:
- You are a Utah resident (or otherwise qualify under Utah law) and hold a valid, unexpired Utah medical cannabis patient card.
- You meet the minimum age and other requirements Utah law imposes for medical cannabis patients.
- You use cannabis only for lawful medical purposes—not for recreational use.
- All registration information, including your medical card number, is accurate and belongs to you.
We may request additional verification consistent with Utah medical cannabis requirements and administrative rules. We may refuse or terminate access if eligibility cannot be confirmed.
The patient portal is not for pharmacy wholesale ordering, consignment reporting, or promotions. Licensed Utah pharmacies use separate pharmacy tools.
Some portal pages (such as the strain catalog, batch tracking, and aggregated voting results) may be viewable without logging in. Voting, strain suggestions, the patient dashboard, and notification settings require an approved patient account.
If you enable email or SMS notification preferences, you consent to receive those optional messages according to your settings. You may change preferences in your account. Message and data rates may apply for SMS where offered.
Pharmacy partner terms
Pharmacy wholesale ordering and consignment features are available only to licensed Utah pharmacies (and their authorized staff) with approved accounts.
Wholesale ordering
- Orders placed through the pharmacy portal are offers to purchase subject to acceptance, inventory availability, and applicable Utah medical cannabis regulations.
- This Site does not process consumer card payments for wholesale orders. Payment is arranged outside consumer card checkout on this Site under your commercial terms with Riverside Farm.
- Pricing, discounts, delivery preferences, and product availability shown online may change. Confirmed order records govern fulfillment disputes.
- You are responsible for accurate license information, delivery details, notify contacts, and regulatory identifiers (including MJ Platform IDs) associated with your account.
- Downloads of marketing or brand assets may be logged (user, asset, time, and IP) for security and license compliance.
Staff sub-accounts
Primary pharmacy account holders may create sub-accounts for staff. You are responsible for credentials you issue, permissions you grant, and all activity under those accounts.
Consignment, sales reporting & promotions
- Participating pharmacies may upload sales reports, inventory data, and promotion proposals. You represent that data you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- Consignment calculations, credits, and promotion outcomes depend on complete and timely reporting and may be subject to separate commercial agreements.
- If you connect Dutchie or another POS integration, you are responsible for the credentials and permissions you provide and for compliance with that provider’s terms. Riverside Farm is not responsible for outages, data errors, or unauthorized use of credentials you supply.
- QuickBooks invoice mapping and related settlement fields are tools to support reconciliation; you remain responsible for your own accounting records and for confirming mapped values.
- Optional AI transcription (OpenAI Whisper) of staff audio into invoice or consignment comments is provided as a convenience only. Transcriptions may contain errors; you must review and correct text before relying on it for business or compliance records.
Separate written wholesale, consignment, or promotion agreements between Riverside Farm and your pharmacy, if any, control over these Terms where they conflict on commercial terms.
Facility visitor check-in
Facility visitor check-in is for legitimate on-site visitors to Riverside facilities. By checking in you agree to:
- Provide accurate identity and visit information (including name, contact details, purpose, and any badge or escort details requested).
- Follow facility safety, security, and escort rules while on site.
- Check out when your visit ends and not leave open or inaccurate visit records intentionally.
- Not use visitor check-in to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas, systems, or information.
We may retain visitor logs for safety and compliance and may notify staff about open visits. Misuse of visitor check-in may result in denial of future access and other remedies.
Staff operations tools
Ops, Facility, and related staff apps are limited to authorized Riverside employees and contractors. Unauthorized access is prohibited.
- Staff accounts may require passkeys, TOTP two-factor authentication, push approval, or other strong authentication. You must protect authenticators and recovery codes.
- Browser push notifications may be used for operational alerts (orders, deliveries, visitors, chemical logs, and similar). Enabling push is optional where the app allows, but required workflows may depend on timely notification.
- Chemical and facility logs must be accurate. Do not falsify applicator identity, product, location, or timing information.
- Staff tools and data are confidential company information and may not be shared outside authorized duties.
Account registration and security
Patient accounts are manually reviewed. Approval typically occurs within 24–48 business hours after we verify your medical card. Pharmacy accounts are provisioned by Riverside Farm or authorized administrators. Staff accounts are issued only to authorized Riverside personnel.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, passkeys, authenticator apps, recovery codes, and devices, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to violate Utah or federal law; provide false age-gate, card, license, visitor, or identity information; submit fraudulent orders or sales data; post abusive or misleading strain suggestions or vote comments; harass others; interfere with the Site or portals; use bots without permission; attempt unauthorized access to staff apps, visitor systems, pharmacy tools, or other accounts; or use the Services for unauthorized commercial purposes (including reselling portal access or misrepresenting pharmacy authorization).
Medical cannabis disclaimers
- Portal and Site content is for education and engagement—not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Voting, strain suggestions, and grow updates do not guarantee product availability at any pharmacy.
- Aggregated voting results reflect patient preferences for engagement purposes only and are not a commitment to produce any particular strain.
- Cannabis affects individuals differently; follow your qualified medical provider’s recommendations.
- Do not operate vehicles or machinery while impaired. Keep products secure and away from children and unauthorized persons.
Intellectual property
Site content, trademarks, product data, marketing assets, and software are owned by Riverside Farm LLC or licensors. Personal, non-commercial patient use of portal features and authorized pharmacy use of ordering, reporting, and licensed marketing assets are permitted; copying, scraping, redistribution, or use of marketing assets beyond the license granted requires written consent. Asset downloads may be logged as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers, limitation of liability, and termination
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. INVENTORY, PRICING, CONSIGNMENT CALCULATIONS, PROMOTION ESTIMATES, MAP OR LOCATION RESULTS, AI TRANSCRIPTIONS, AND EMAIL/SMS/PUSH NOTIFICATIONS MAY CONTAIN ERRORS, DELAYS, OR OMISSIONS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY UTAH LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR ACCESS TO THE RELEVANT SERVICE IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Services. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or security risks. You may request account closure by contacting us.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by Utah law. Disputes will be resolved in Utah courts, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. We may update these Terms; continued use after the "Last updated" date constitutes acceptance. See our Legal Policies page for related documents.
