Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between you and Riverside Farm LLC ("Riverside Farm," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your access to riversidefarm.co and related Services, including the patient portal. By using the Site or registering for an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility, age verification, and medical use only

You may use the patient portal only if:

• You are a Utah resident (or otherwise qualify under Utah law) and hold a valid, unexpired Utah medical cannabis patient card.
• You meet the minimum age and other requirements Utah law imposes for medical cannabis patients.
• You use cannabis only for lawful medical purposes—not for recreational use.
• All registration information, including your medical card number, is accurate and belongs to you.

We may request additional verification consistent with Utah medical cannabis requirements and administrative rules. We may refuse or terminate access if eligibility cannot be confirmed.

The patient portal is not for pharmacy wholesale ordering. Licensed Utah pharmacies use a separate ordering system.

Account registration and security

New accounts are manually reviewed. Approval typically occurs within 24–48 business hours after we verify your medical card. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to violate Utah or federal law, provide false card or identity information, harass others, interfere with the Site or portal, use bots without permission, or use the Services for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Medical cannabis disclaimers

• Portal and Site content is for education and engagement—not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Voting and grow updates do not guarantee product availability at any dispensary.
• Cannabis affects individuals differently; follow your qualified medical provider’s recommendations.
• Do not operate vehicles or machinery while impaired. Keep products secure and away from children and unauthorized persons.

Intellectual property

Site content, trademarks, and software are owned by Riverside Farm LLC or licensors. Personal, non-commercial patient use of portal features is permitted; copying or redistribution requires written consent.

Disclaimers, limitation of liability, and termination

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY UTAH LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR PORTAL ACCESS IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Services. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or security risks. You may request account closure by contacting us.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by Utah law. Disputes will be resolved in Utah courts, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. We may update these Terms; continued use after the "Last updated" date constitutes acceptance. See our Legal Policies page for related documents.
