- Patient portal: Free accounts for verified Utah medical cannabis patients—strain catalog, voting, voting results, grow/batch tracking, strain suggestions, dashboard, and optional email or SMS notifications.
- Pharmacy wholesale ordering: Licensed Utah pharmacy accounts place wholesale orders, schedule deliveries, view order history, download marketing assets, and manage sub-accounts for staff.
- Pharmacy consignment & promotions: Participating pharmacy partners may connect POS integrations (such as Dutchie), upload sales reports, view consignment analytics, manage inventory snapshots, and propose or track promotions and credits.
- Facility visitor check-in: On-site visitor logging for Riverside facilities (name, contact details, visit purpose, and check-in/out times).
- Staff operations tools: Authorized Riverside employees may use internal apps for orders, delivery operations, facility logs, push notifications, passkeys, and two-factor authentication.
Utah medical cannabis notice
Riverside Farm operates in Utah’s regulated medical cannabis market. Cannabis products are for qualified medical use only—not for recreational use. Portal and website content is educational and engagement-focused; it is not medical advice. Always follow your qualified medical provider’s guidance and Utah law.
Patient portal summary
- Free accounts for Utah patients with a valid Utah medical cannabis patient card.
- Manual verification before access (typically 24–48 business hours). Denied applications receive an email explanation when provided.
- Strain catalog and batch tracking pages may be browsed without an account; voting, suggestions, and the patient dashboard require an approved login.
- Features include strain voting (with optional comments), aggregated voting results, strain suggestions for our team to review, grow/batch milestone tracking, and notification preferences (email and optional SMS).
- Separate from pharmacy wholesale ordering and consignment tools.
Pharmacy partner summary
- Wholesale ordering is limited to licensed Utah pharmacies with approved accounts. Payment is arranged outside consumer card checkout on this Site.
- Pharmacy accounts may include business contact details, licensed location information, delivery preferences, and order history.
- Primary account holders may invite staff sub-accounts with limited access.
- Consignment and promotions features are available only to participating pharmacy partners and may include POS integrations (such as Dutchie), sales uploads, inventory data, and promotion proposals.

Facility visitors & staff tools
- Facility visitor check-in collects visitor identity and visit details for safety and compliance.
- Internal Ops and Facility apps are limited to authorized Riverside staff and may use passkeys, two-factor authentication, and push notifications.
